Some retailers are expecting you to overcook your pork, so they add a salt solution and water to try to keep it from drying out. Of course, when you pay by the pound, you're paying for the extra weight they added.
Busch's offers only All Natural Pork that is minimally processed, with no salt or water added. Also, we're happy to answer any cooking questions you may have.
